Once User place an order with GUT2GUT, you thus agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
All the orders placed with us are subject to availability of the desired product
Once the order is confirmed the amount of your ordered products get deducted from the wallet.
Placed order are confirmed on the date selected by the customer before that date it is not a confirmed order for GUT2GUT. After confirmed there is no way of cancelling the order. If a customer wish to cancel the order he/she have to cancel it before the selected date.
. No Cash on Delivery orders. Amount are deducted from the wallet of the customer. Customers have to recharge their wallet before ordering the products.
Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean the acceptance of User’s order. User’s order is only accepted once the payment is received from your wallet/account. The payment got deducted from the wallet of the customer when the order is placed.
It is necessary for a customer to have the amount more than the total price of the order in the wallet for placing the order.
We make our best efforts to ensure that the product descriptions and set prices are accurate. However, error may occur. If it is discovered by us that the mentioned price at which you placed the order is incorrect, user will be informed by us at the earliest. You will be given the following two options –
User can reconfirm your order at the corrected new price; If user does not wish to make the purchase any longer, you can cancel your order;
In case we are unable to contact you regarding the price change, your order will be considered as cancelled, and the debited amount will be refunded back to your wallet.
We offer you promotional discount codes that are applicable on the purchases made on this website. These discount codes can be applicable on all or certain specified products. Please note that use of only one discount code is permissible per order. You cannot use a discount code if an order is already placed.
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by User and between "Bank/s", or Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

In addition to these Terms, the terms and conditions of the bank or other financial institution shall also be applicable to every User. GUT2GUT hereby disclaims any guarantee of the accuracy in terms of finish and appearance of the final product as ordered by the user. The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website may not meet your expectations.
All Products purchased from GUT2GUT shall be delivered to the User by co through a logistics partner or by GUT2GUT themselves.
All deliveries where applicable shall be made on a best effort’s basis, and while the Website will endeavour to deliver the Products on the dates and time selected by the user, the Website disclaims any claims or liabilities arising from any delay in this regard.
GUT2GUT shall not be responsible or liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this Agreement, even if GUT2GUT has been informed in advance.
You agree to indemnify and hold GUT2GUT (and its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this T&C, or your violation of the rights of a third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this End User Agreement or arising out of violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights. This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this T&C.
In the event any dispute arises out of or in connection with the Terms herein, including the validity hereof, the parties hereto shall endeavour to settle such dispute amicably in the first instance.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in, KOLKATA.

GUT2GUT makes no representation of the materials that are appropriate or available for use in other locations/Countries other than India. Those who choose to access this site from other locations/Countries other than India shall do so on their own will and GUT2GUT shall not be responsible for supply of goods/refund for the goods ordered from other locations/Countries other than India, compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
