Refunds are done only when the product is not delivered to the customer and if the damage product got delivered or wrong product got delivered.

NOTE. Refunds are transfer direct to the wallet of the customer.

NOTE. There is NO refund back from the wallet.

NOTE. At a time maximum of 2000 rs. can be added to the wallet.

RETURNs.

Once the order is confirmed there is no return policy only a customer can request for the change of date of delivery and time or change of product of same price.

EXCHANGEs.

There is no exchange policy.
